Ben Moll
Ben Moll is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell and the American Academy of Personal Training (AAPT). He has been personal training since 2009.He works with clients of all ages and abilities in a fun, informative, results-driven way. Ben's programs incorporate a wide variety of equipment and training techniques customized for each person's fitness level. His specialties include gaining strength, fat loss, injury prevention, high intensity interval training, boxing, olympic lifts, and sports specific conditioning.
Ben also uses strength testing and body composition assessments to track results, and incorporates healthy eating techniques for as part of his training services.
